    Subwoofer question

Hey guys I have this plaster cracker subwoofer (have had it forever, but for the past two years it has sat in storage). It's mainly for car audio but I have only used it for home. I had it hooked up to a Behringer EP2500. It's a bandpass box in a push/pull configuration (details including reponse plot here).

Anyhow I felt like getting it back out and playing with it some. The question I have is, should I be wiring these in parallel or series for best results with the EP2500?

Also completely unrelated, these guys make their own drivers and maybe some people here might want to check them out? My buddy in college always ranted and raved about them. Here's the specs on their drivers: http://www.toby.com/Handmade/qnum.htm

(btw I am in no way affiliated with the company, just getting this old sub out of mothballs to bug my neighbors :P)
    -Chuck

Newbie subwoofer setup questions (Cleanbox vs BFD vs EQ)
    by impala454
I have a pretty hefty bandpass box with two 10"s that I'm currently using for my sub. It's a box mostly meant for car audio competitions but right now it's filling in for HT duty until I get something else built. It has two 4Ω drivers and I can wire them however I need to (they are arranged...

Subwoofer workout - DVDs with Seismic Bass
    by HMenke
With all the new subs being completed in the last few weeks, I thought it might be fun to find out what DVDs people have found to shatter the plaster. When I built my sonotube, I never intended to induce seismic tremors - but have since found out DIY earthquakes are fun!

    My favorites...

New build - Revelator + subwoofer
    by Solid7
After all these years, I'm still a relative noob. But I remember back in the day, always wanting to do a Revelator build, but never wanting to spend the dough to do it. OK, I'm finally ready. So my plan is to build a set reminiscent of Magico Minis. (something that I'll never dish the dough for,...

    15" subwoofer design.
    by m1ke323
I am finishing up my TMWW project and would like to replace my HSU sub with a 15" sub.

My idea thus far was to build a sub enclosure similar to my TMWW curved sides. I was going to keep the 18" radius sides and keep the same ratio of front and rear widths. The enclosure would...

    Subwoofer Design Questions
    by Dr Trina
    Hello,

I am looking to gain information on subwoofer design to build a custom sealed box in the corner of my theater. I will be using the EP2500 for power and the DEQ2496 for EQ. The box will be approximately 4' X 4' X 7' tall. I will plan to fill the box with as much insullation as...
