    I settled, or did I?

I got caught up in the moment and bought two pretty high priced guitars, while I liked the electric tele, I felt it was way overpriced, so I returned it. I am heavier in electric guitars than acoustic, so I instead came home with maybe my last acoustic guitar. It's a Martin triple 000 body, with a Tazmanian blackwood flamed back, and a Silka front, it is 1 of 1 Martin Custom Shop like it in the world. The guitar guy went to the Martin plant and picked out the Tazmanian Blackwood, oh that back is so beautiful. The front looks pretty much like any Martin. So, what I love about this guitar is the light weight, it's my couch picker. I have another Martin that is 1 of 3 like it in the world. It will be interesting to compare tones on my girls in the coming days...:-)

photos to follow. The one thing I wish he had ordered was Mother of Pearl circle around the hole. Oh well, I have 1 of those. This guitar is like a standard campfire style, not a cutout for lead acoustic like my other two... That's another reason I chose it. Now I have both, cut away and dreadnaught design.

That is all... exceot ti sat that is the only 1 of 1 guitar I own.

Does anyone amplify an electric or acoustic guitar through their B&W's
    by Jeff
I have an acoustical guitar. The body and texture of notes it produces is just beautiful. Frankly, I wish my N802's sounded this good on redbook or SACD's. My acoustic guitar doesn't have a pick up. However, I'm considering purchasing one that does or perhaps an electric guitar. I've been in the...

Guitar amp cab idea with 2 leftover RS-180
    by oneplustwo
    Hi folks,

Getting back into electric guitars after a long hiatus and thought I would build my own amp/speaker cabinet now that I have this other hobby to leverage. I may end up getting one of those iRig/Apogee Jam interfaces as a sort of "pre-amp" and then feed either a dedicated...

I got caught up in the moment and bought two pretty high priced guitars, while I liked the electric tele, fashioned after George Harrison's Rooftop Rosewood tele, I felt it was way overpriced even with a supposed "deal", so I returned it, and did get my 6th Les Paul back, a 2013 Trad Pro...

    Nephew, grandkids, and guitars...
    by JonMarsh
I had an unusual discussion with one of my nephews the other day, after he asked just how many guitars I have, and why....

I sort of deflected at first, just said, "Well, I probably have more guitars than you have underpants..." -- which of course, he viewed as rather improbable....

    Electric Guitar Amp
    by nayr
Has anybody here built their own guitar amp? (this would be for home/backyard use and would never be used at concert levels)

I was thinking making one as a summer project for the girlfriend who plays electric. Something along the lines of four 7" or 8" RS woofers in a ported...
