That will get you eta naught. Then 112.2 + 10 log(eta naught) = efficiency. If I've remembered the formula correctly it will give you efficiency at 1w/1m. The LDSG list has the equations in it if you have the text on hand (I don't at the moment).
The gist of it is that you will gain the most sensitivity by raising Fs via lowering cone mass, all else being equal.- Bottom

Fs= 1 / (2*Pi*sqrt(Cms*Mms))
Qes= (2*Pi*Fs*Mms*Re)/Bl^2
Vas= 1000*P*(C^2)*(Sd^2)*Cms, where P=density of air (1.184 kg/m3 at 25°C) and C=speed of sound of air (346.1 m/s at 25°C)- Bottom
