I need help diagnosing a crossover problem

The crossover is fixed. :B
I replaced the two suspect caps. Remeasured everything and it's just where the other 2 crossovers are. Thanks so much to everyone for the help. :T
After work today or tomorrow I should be able to put the speakers together for good and start hearing some nice music.

Yup, I'll post plenty of pictures when I have them done. I think my cabinet design is slightly unusual in the bracing and port implementation. And I took photos all along the construction. So I'll make a thread containing the whole process. And my listening impressions. Soooooon...
