After all the work I have done (well, mostly did not complete) Our house as been sold. With my son now out on his own and my on-going battle with my health, we have purchased a condominium to minimize the stress of yard work, other chores and maintainance. We close in 60 days. My Ht will also be hold has we won't have space to create the dream at this time.

Anyways, nothing else will change!

P.S. I do hope the move into the condo is a positive thing for you overall.

P.P.S. Congratulations on your son getting out on his own! I know I'll miss Aaron and Katheryn when they move on, but I'm really looking forward to the "quality relaxation time" that will come with it.
