There may not be a lot of you guys out there using USB-C in a system (YET!) but who knows... some day...
I was on a team in a lab in Cupertino developing a power supply for one of the first USB-C equipped computers, and I bought one when it came out in early 2015. Not a lot of accessories to choose from then...

But just recently I bought a docking station for USB-C made by a company from which I've bought a number of rather useful items...
and have had very good experiences with all of them, including the Thunderbolt 2 RAID array I use for my working user folder on my 2013 Mac Pro.

However, this post is about USB-C, and a docking station they offer that works very nicely.

Offers a lot of connectivity, as well as high power charging mode compatible with most USB-C equipped laptops.

recommended. works fine with my 12" Macbook, and is reported compatible with the new MacPro's. Back side USB ports can provide 15W for charging an iPad Pro, too, which is pretty cool....
