So I was trying to resetup my Harmony One as I've been needing to do it a while (changed a lot of devices). I was trying to adjust which device I change the volume on but I cannot seem to find a setting for it at all in version 7.6.0.8. I'm not sure what I'm missing here but I've gone through every setting and I don't see anything for it at all. I need to set it to use the volume on my TV instead of my HTPC.

I own a Harmony Remote 768 and Sony NS-900V DVD/SACD player.
The Harmony Remote doesn't appear to be sending the signals to the DVD player quick enough. Thus, when I skip tracks, etc I always get a tiny clip of each track.
