Resolution Question

In regards to the LCD flatpanels that are available.

I noticed that they come in various native resolutions.
Being that 1280 X 720 is the 720p measurement, would that
native resolution be the most practical to look for.

Or are the sets with 1366 x 768 resolution actually better
since it is a higher resolution although not native 720p.
I am just not sure as to how that unfolds..

Personally I'd prefer either the 1280x720 or the 1920x1080 models that are starting to arrive as they require less scaling and hence should produce less artifacts. YMMV
