    W. - George Bush... the Movie!

This is too funny that someone REALLY made this movie.

I would expect SNL or Trey Parker to pull this off, but far from it. I can't wait!!!!

Well Oliver Stone isn't known for pulling his punches so this could be quite an interesting movie.

In general, I haven't been a fan of Stone movies, and the way he politicizes things. But he did an excellent job with "World Trade Center", so I hope this one's better.

Can't say I'll care to see this. I love movies and the movie industry, but if they had a blemish I don't care for it's their attempts to delve into the political world. IMHO lots of famous actors/actresses/directors have hurt their careers by doing so.

The problem with Stone is he never tells the true story. Read the revies on his JFK or The Doors.
I'm just sittin here watchin the wheels go round and round...

On the other hand, they're not advertised as documentaries either. You have to allow for some artistic license. There a many historically based films that are not accurate. They're supposed to be entertaining, not educational.

Watched it on Blu-ray last night. Covers George W. Bush from his university days up to when he became President and to the events leading up to the attack on Iraq. I read the book entitled W. so I was familiar with a lot of what George W was all about. Josh Brolin does a magnificent job portraying the...

This Saturday. I'll have to watch this one since the guy grew up next door to me in Knoxville, TN. His real name is PJ Clapp. (Philip John.) All the guy ever wanted to do is what he's doing now. He went to California originally to go to acting school. As I recall, he didn't last at that. His...

Rather interesting about Oliver Stone, and that he wanted his "screening room" to not be a traditional theater room, but built it into his family room....

Jersey Boys (BD) - I spun this on Blu Ray the other day and was happy I chose to watch it in BD format. The sound track on this movie is dynamic, exceptional and engaging. I'm always impressed with how good BD discs sound compared to DVD. This film by Clint Eastwood is about the rise...
