The cabinet is made from layers of ply wood (such construction is typically available for speaker costing around $15,000) and the passive crossover is external (standard). We even provide a pair of good speaker cable with Nutrik connector!!! You can upgrade to active crossover in the future.
The list price of this world class speaker is currently $4500 but we expect to raise to around $6000 after CES 2007 (and after the official reviews are out
). It is too cheap to sell such a speaker at the current introductory price even by Nuforce standard. Within its power rating, this speaker will rival anything on the market at any price :W
