I second you David. This is ridiculous... Marketing doesn't stand on fair-play tools. BTW see the increasing prices of those small boxes... The latest 9 Ref V2 SE (hope wrote corectly) jumped from 3500USD to "modest" 5000USD per pair. All that money for supposedly "superior technologies" inside comic 3kg box. So.... I FINALLY had the chance to home-audition the McIntosh like I've been talking about for weeks. Unfortunately, because I took too long, I was only allowed to keep it for two days since they needed it back for Sunday. No problem. Two days is better than nothing.

Well, I am moving into my new house and most of the place is still in boxes. I did hook up my sherwood and my brand new ref9's to my N802's out in the garage. The room is most likely an acoustical nightmare at the moment, but I will be enclosing it in the coming months/weeks and getting it finished.... -

Or they can send the unit to us for modification for $100 + S&H.
