I would also cast my vote for Monitor Audio. They make great products. They are also reasonably priced for the performance that you get from them. The only down side is that they can be hard to find. Good Luck.
Is there a speaker out there for me?

Proac sounds great on solid state equipment I heard them with Musical Fidelity equipment. They sounded very warm and smooth - not harsh or bright. I prefer this sound as I find it easier to listen to for longer periods. Totem, proac, reference and others tend to have this "sound".
IMO I find the sound of Monitor Audio, some B&W speakers, paradigm to bright and forward for my liking - but that just goes to show you - different strokes for different folks.- Bottom

I agree with what ajpoe mentioned about the Klipsch/Rotel combo, and can verify that Klipsch and Rotel go very well together. I'm very pleased with the combo with mine. :T- Bottom

by Yves007Would anybody know where to get a pair of Vienna Acoustics Haydn bookshelf speakers, in beech finish?
Unfortunately it looks like Vienna does not make them anymore (recently switched to a different look), and my local dealer says they can't get them. Argh! They are the last missing piece... - Loading...
