I have a BBE 482 sonic maximizer that's been sitting in my closet and decided to give it a try 2 days ago. My system includes Rotel RSX-1056, B&W 705 mains, HTM7 center, 601 rears and SVS 20-39 sub. I like listening to 2 channel a lot. I hooked up the BBE between the Sony DVD player and the receiver and boy, what a difference. I also have my DVD player using fiber optic cable for the movies. I was toggling back and forth comparing the two and the analog sounds a lot better than digital. Mind you, we're talking about 2 channel stereo here. If any of you have a BBE that you're not using, I highly recommend that you give it a try and let me know what you think. Oh yeah, I hooked it up to the CD input of the Rotel.
