So I don't know what to do. On one hand the bedroom is uncomplicated but small, and the rec room is bigger but complex towards (what would be) behind the listeners spot. I'm wondering, would it be beneficial to hang some heavy curtains, floor to ceiling, where those cabinet doors are?
Also I forgot to add, the height of both rooms are 7.2 feet / 2.2 metres. Other then the area in the rec room where the heating ducts are is 6.25 feet / 1.9 metres.
So I tried to include as much detail as possible. Which room would you use? Thanks in advance everyone!

So I did some measurements and took photos. The bedroom is 9.5 x 9.0 feet / 2.9 x 2.75 metres. 7.2 foot / 2.2 metre height. It has a support beam going through it. See photos...
The rec room (or whatever you want to call it) is a bit more complicated. It is 9.8 x 9.6 feet / 3.0 x 2.9 metres to the light switch on the right of this photo, where the cabinet doors are. See photo...
Here is where I'd put the stereo...
And the measurement to the back wall on the left of this photo is 22.5 feet / 6.8 metre.
Here are more photos. It's a complex room to explain to people online. There is an area that you could make into a bar area. The width of the room when you include this area (in the next photo) is 13.8 feet / 4.2 metres.
More photos of this room...

683S1 Room Size
Hello everyone. I was wondering what is the minimum room size I could use the 683's in? I'm trying to decide on a bedroom or rec room to put my stereo in. But the bedroom is rather small. So what size is to small for these speakers? Thank you.
