I enjoy this little exercise, take about 15 minutes and figure out the top 25 people or items in your entertainment world:
    Led Zepplin
    Kubrick
    Alien box set
    Forbidden Planet
    Aerosmith
    War Pigs (song)
Imagine (IMHO greatest song ever written)
    Burt Lancaster
    Scorsese
    Contact (movie)
    Julie Ann Moore
    David Lean
Frank Zappa (and all his influence)
    Jack Nicolson
    Pro Football
    R.Heinlein
the Ventures (first favorite guitar band)
    Live (band)
    Dune (Book)
    Orson Scott Card
Paul Newman (Mom always dug him, so I got to know his work well!)
    Speilberg
    H.G. Wells
    Tim Burton
...Last item, the system I present most of this stuff on.

Kenny, tough exercise, lol. Not sure anyone's been up to the mental challenge. I know I am not, simply not enough time to devote to it right now. Sorry.

    Interesting idea though

Sports, music, film, books??? It would be tough enough to rank my favs in each individual category. Mixing them all together would be impossible. They're just different.

How can I compare baseball to my favorite films? I just can't do it.

No, I'm not saying to rank them...if I were raking them I'd have Football as my number 1 item, there's no way I could actually rank them either.

I'll get back to you later on this

This was my second weekend working, and I think next one will be the same plan; hopefully will be out of the hole, soon. Or the swamp. Whatever.

          This deserves some thought, though.

Bob, I also mentioned Steve Vai...in a round about way (Zappa and all his influence)
Vai, Morse, two of my favorite guitarists...add Ronnie Montrose, Satriani and Jeff Beck and their all here!
                Who is John Patitucci?

                  Kenny,
John Patitucci is a bass player.
Excellent jazz musician. I am actually listening to his "On The Corner " cd as I type this.
