Avs Forum Problem Anyone Else?

Is anyone else having trouble with AVS FORUM? It seems to be just gone? I tried two different connections so I wonder whats up.

While we usually don't discuss other forums here (content, problems with other members, etcetera), since this is simply about access, here's the story I've seen:

We needed to take a quick look at the database. We will reopen as soon as we can.

Yeah it wasn't to stir anything up. I was just curious. Odd that site goes out a lot actually.

I think they could be a victim of their own success, I don't know. I don't visit there anymore, used to a few years ago. I just lost interest with their high degree of commercialization. Ok, I've said enough...

They seem to be having major problems. Its still out and theres a message saying they know about the problem. Hmm odd I would say.

It's working for me now, but I had the same problem earlier.
