Woot.com has a 76 inch 16:9 InFocus projector screen for $35 bucks shipped today only if anyone is in need of a new screen. I don't know how well these are really suited for HT, but the price sure seems right.

$30.00 plus shipping that's pretty good, Gain=1.0, VA=50 degrees. It seems as though they have posted a disclaimer however, "Refurbished, possibly pilfered." The 72" screen doesn't really work for me, but might for someone else, hmmm. Let me know if they get a 110" or greater

Hey Folks, I have a friend in the city that is looking to build a HT. He wants to spend about $3K cdn on a Projector and screen combo. He told me he could spend a bit more if it was necessary, however did want to stay close to the $3K.

I was fortunate enough to have the use of a new 4805 & 76-inch Infocus screen for a couple of weeks. I'm planning to buy a projector and screen in mid-February.
(Incidentally, it will definitely be a step up, no matter what: It's replacing a Kloss Novabeam built around 1982. Works...
