Attention Talking heads fans

Hi all,
Apparently Talking Heads has just put out all thier albums together in a box set called The Brick all remastered in one of the multi chanel formats.
price AUD approx $160-180.
Whilst I have a sacd/dvd-a player not sure I can justify buying them all again.
Ah for deeper pockets!

Its amazing how times change.I would never of thought of buying Talking Heads cd's 10 yrs ago,but now a mixture of getting older and probably more importantly, the fact of having a pretty decent music setup,I now like sitting down and enjoying their music.Their style of music really suits decent systems and would think that having them remastered would sound awesome.

Hi Green Judas.
I got on the Talking Heads band wagon in my late teens (about when Little Creatures came out) and every time I played their songs at one of my parties I would be bombarded by turn that S##t off!Usually to be relaced by the B52's rock lobster or some 80's abomination like Mondo Rock.

Any way to the point of this post if anybody wants to try some really detailed music to test their system or just enjoy, the last Talking Heads studio album Naked and Davids Byrnes solo album Rei Momo have some great South American inspired world music on it that you can listen to many times and still hear something new.
