    As I recall, VS was put out of business by a flood or some similar act of nature. (how could an act of God destroy something so beautiful!)

    I remember an old audio nut that simply swore by his VS speakers, VR4s or some such I think. Maybe it was MichaelW? I can't recall. Anyway, feast your eyes on these bad boys!

      Yes I believe it was a flood and the Insurance didn’t pay. I was not an act of God but plain old mother nature. Looking at the price for the VR-5 5,000 to 10,000, I wonder what makes for such a large price range?
