Not the city, the speaker brand. I found a pair of speakers at the pawn shop for $150 a pair used, in an MTM configuration. It wasn't a standard rectangle box. I think it had 5 sides insted of the typical 4. Also, the speakers could be biwired. When the grill is off, I saw that there was a titanium dome tweeter, along with 2 woofers that looked different. The name was kind of weird. It had an L, then a flagB(looked like a confederate flag) then an A. I wasn't able to demo them, so I don't know how they sound. On the box nothing was published. Google didn't help at all. Has anyone heard of these speakers?
has anyone ever heard of LA?

They didn't look like DIYs, at least not the DIYs I do . The build quality was amazing, and the cabinets were pretty heavy. The drivers didn't look like anything I've seen in DIY. Maybe I could go in there and say it's a bad brand (they know nothing, they wanted 70 dollars for a low-end Apex DVD player) and they're asking too much, give them $20 and take a chance and try them out.- Bottom
