SSP 600 not responding to IR (from remote or via IR input)

For some reason all of a sudden my SSP isnt responding to an IR commands. Normally I control it via the IR input on the back, but even the original remote isn't having any effect. I have been working on my system (adding, changing cables etc) the last couple of days, but cant figure what to do to fix it. Any suggestions, or is my first and only step likely to send it in?

lol. Yup the batteries are good. Two different remotes dont work with it. Both the Harmony remote that sends the IR command via the IR input on the back, and the Classe remote sending it directly to the front. Batteries are charged.

And you've rebooted the SP600 (this happened to me once)?
Also, make sure you didn't plug a trigger cable into the IR socket, its the same connector.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes I did. I was sure that would fix it to because it just doesn't seem right The IR sensor would "brake". By Reboot you mean turn the switch on the back on and off right? Is there a way to do a factory reset?

My CP800 did this and a reboot cleared it
