    Classe CP 800

    I cannot get my Classe CP 800 to respond.
    The LED is red, blue then green and stays permanently on green and will not respond to any commands.
    The loading page is briefly shown then immediately closes.
    I have tried disconnecting and powering up again but the cycle above is repeated.

    Any advice appreciated.

              Have you tried resetting the CP-800?...

              Power on the unit, and go to the Menu. Using the remote, press F1, F2, F3, F4 in order. This will change the display to a Tech Menu. Select 'Restore Factory Defaults' to reset the unit. If there are programmed settings that need to be saved, choose the 'Archive Settings' button prior to selecting the Restore Factory Defaults. After the unit has been reset, repeat the above procedure but now choose 'Restore Settings' to restore the programmed settings to the unit.

                  I have tried but the unit does not load and therefore I do not get far enough to reset.
