Im off to my local dealer tomorrow to fetch my new CA2300 which arrived today. There is only one smallish problem with this arrival. I dont have any front speakers to test it on :cry: I sold my 802D's last week...... hows that for bad timing. 8O

"Cough cough" ermmm the 800 Diamonds. Rumour has it they will only arrive in August. There is apparently such demand globally and limiting numbers per the smaller markets, the factory cannot keep up. At least the dealer will be lending me a pair of 804's until then.Comment

and your delaer say that are not availabel before August???

but you go use the new CA2300 for a stereo or HT system?

Yes i will be using the CA2300 for the 800Di's when they arrive. I have no reason to not believe my dealer as they are the agents for B&W in the country. The room is primarily HT, but with Stereo from time to time, hence the 800Di's. I will have to wait for the next shipment to arrive. At least they have lent me a pair of CM7's to see me through. Its a nice loudspeaker, but boy ..... as much as the old 802D's did not impress me, there is no comparison between the two.Comment
