Optimal Hookup from SSP600 to Wyred DAC2

My Wyred 4 Sound DAC2 has just arrived and I am wondering the best way to integrate it with my system. Mainly from AppleTV to SSP. I have a Cat Cable Glass optical from AppleTV to DAC2 and a pair of StraightWire Virtuoso XLR's from DAC2 to SSP. This was my original plan.

In the modes for the SSP, I notice to do this, I have to program it for Analog Bypass. If I do this, will I have the ability to run my subwoofer? This is essential for me, even in 2 ch.

If the subwoofer is not available, how can I hook this up for the best performance.

    Thanks guys!

Well, after a LOT of trial and error...lol..i figured it out...I had it in Analog Bypass instead of the DSP Mode under Balanced. Sub is back and life is good!

    Dac2 sounds great also....
