New system set up

Hi everybody, I am new with Classe system. Could you please give me ideal for a 3,5m x 5,2m x 3,2m room for music and also 2 channels audio. My budget is about 30k.

I just plan to set up something like this:
Amp: CA 5100 or CA 5200
Pre: SSP 300 or SSP 600
Center: B&W HTM4S
Front: B&W Nautilus 802
End: B&W 805s
Sub: B&W ASW-700

Could this system work? And good for audio?

For $30k I would look at the following (I assume you are talking about new, not used):

SSP 800
804Ds x 4
HTM2D
JL 113
Emotiva XPA5 Amp

You could upgrade the amp later, but this would be a nice sounding system from the get go.
