Has anyone compared these two players directly? if so, what were the differences?

You might be able to get some idea through some reviews of CDP-102 or CDP-202 on Classe's website. I remember while reading some reviews about the CDp-102, there was often mention about how these two CD players are internally and sonaically different inspite of looking same and having same chasis. see link below:

go see the chip inside:
the cdp102 have a cirrus l. CS4398 that is more used for the HT dvd player,
the cdp202 is much fine, inside the 3 Burr Brown PCM1792: the very high end components!
but the are expensive!
is the cdp102 overpriced or the cdp202 ?????
well the cdp102 is not at the level from the "big brother" 202 but have a good sound......

I am also curious to the differences. Reviews just give a general opinion about a specific player, not so much a direct comparison of these 2 players.
