CP-500 connected to AV processor

As the CP-500 have no dedicated processor loop I was wondering if anybody had any experience using the tape loop for the same purpose.
Will it work? And do you have to use tape as source or not?

Never mind - just found it - Was searching for processor - classe calls it SSP...

Or buy a receiver and use the passthrough on the CP500. Connect the receiver front outputs to a input, and just name the input SSP.

Much cheaper, but less quality. The most receiver are less than a SSPxxx.
