Is it better to biwire both at the amplifier's end as well as the speaker's end?

No difference from the M400 each, its only a single pair of cable going to 2 pairs of binding posts.

Some speakers if they have two pairs of binding posts use different cables between the tweeter/midrange and woofer i.e. copper/silver and copper.

So in this case to keep the synergy you could use c/s for tweeter/mid and c for woofers.
