    RGPC 1200 and Classe 5200

I am wonder if it is ok to plug the classe 5200 to the rgpc 1200?

I was told that I should not plug the classe 5200 into a power conditioner and just plug it to the wall outlet because the amp draw so much power that
the power conditioner was unable to catch up.

    is that true right?

the person who told me about it were selling me the apc H10 power conditioner.

so I was thinking if the RGPC 1200 might beable to handle the classe 5200 power

    thanks

The Richard Gray units operate in parallel with the power line so there is nothing to limit current delivery.

        I second Glen B.
Your other option is to plug the classes 5200 into the outlet next to where you plug the RGPC1200. All outlets that share the same AC circuit with your 1200 should benefit.

          ARE YOU FOR REAL?!?!
so I don't need to plug the amp to the RGPC 1200
I could plug it in to the wall outlet as long the RGPC 1200 is plugged into the same wall outlet as my amp?!?!??!

          just want to make sure..

this is correct. Anything plugged in on the same circuit a the RGPC 1200 will benefit the same as being plugged into the unit itself. As an owner of a RGPC product I can tell you my experience says its fine to plug the amp directly into the unit itself.

              WOW that is SO sweet..
but why? I mean is it only the rgpc could do that
or any power conditioner was able to do that?

              thanks

I have a Classe 5200 amp and the RGP 1200! In the owners manual it explains that you should plug the power amp into the same outlet that the RGP is plugged into. I decided not to plug the amp directly into the RGP. My outlets are dedicated, but the benefits are extended accross the dedicated line that the RGP is plugged into.
