Surrounds matching Statement IIs?

I've looked at the Lineup R4 as it is matched to the original statements and am wondering if the Vifa NE123 would be a drop in replacement or if a design exists using the NE123 and NeoCD3.

I'm not aware of any NeoCD 3.0 ribbon/NE123 2-way designs. The surrounds are ambiance channels even if you listen to surround music and are much less critical regarding exact matching the mains. I use Statements Monitors as my surrounds and they work great.
