I need 2uF but can find only 2.2uF for sale. Can I use 2.2 without having problems? it is the one and only cap on the tweeter.

That is 10% off. I probably wouldn't, but you can. It won't be a HUGE difference, but some golden ears might hear it. I would suggest as an alternative to use two 1.0 tied together in parallel. Or other combination to equal 2.0.

My limited experience with caps is they seem to always measure under they're stated value.- Bottom

If they're electrolytic caps they typically have a 10-20% tolerance, so that will affect your crossover as much if not more than the 0.2uf difference. Plus as PMazz says they tend to rate lower in testing, so the 2.2uf may be the better choice.- Bottom

Erse Audio has them in the 400V version.
In my last build, I ended up using a 2.2 uf cap as a tweeter high pass. I spent hours trying to decide between that and a 2.0 based on both sound and measurements. So, yes, it does make a difference, but it depends on how OCD you are. If you are using it in a notch filter, an exact value might be even more important to exactly hit the top and knock down a peak. If you have two 1.0 uf caps, use them in parallel.
