Ordering stuff from Europe to USA - do you have to pay duties?

Hi guys, it seems cheaper to buy some stuff like Seas drivers from Europe, but would one have to pay import duty when they make their way to the USA? Any idea what % that ends up?

Also, does anyone know of any outfits in the USA that can provide wire coils to specified inductance and DCR values, like Jantzen do in Denmark?

Yes, you have to pay import duty, etc.

I believe Meniscus may do inductors, as does Madisound last I looked. I haven't looked recently.
