Anyone heard of these "Crystal" speakers?

A friend is trying to tell me he got a good deal on a projector screen and some speakers from this web-site http://www.crystalhometheater.com/projector.html i think he got scammed, I told him i would look at the stuff. I figured I would ask you guys first..

Yes, he bought them from someone in a parking lot! The guy said his boss bought to many and had to get rid of some quick! Lol

LOL, i do like the looks of some of their HI-FI speakers, might use them as a template for some speakers...
check out the AHF-A808 pic of the back!!! there are 5 sets of binding posts... guess there isnt any cross over and you have to amp each driver...

Yeah, if I got scammed into buying white van crap I would hope it to be one of these. Very nice looking compared to the DaVinci or theater research stuff!

I think the bigger issue is if this stuff is UL or CSA approved. Not a major worry on the speakers, but you don't want a projector starting a fire in your house.

I had one these people come up to me once as well. Not long after I had gotten into Rotel and B&W speakers. I just laughed.
