i am going to build natalie p's with the silk tweeter and a rss265hf under each, powered with plate amps. should i modify the crossover in any way, maybe high pass, because of the subs?
    thanks

The plate amps should have a built-in crossover

should i modify the nat p crossover to decrease the low freq demand on the woofers?

It woulds probably be better to build them sealed instead, which would limit the cone motion in the bottom end some and roll them off. Then tune the plate sub crossover for the flattest combined response.

Build them as the standard 1 cu. ft. size. Just build them sealed instead of ported and use the normal Nat P crossover. That is what I did with mine.

I have my Nat P's on top of Bass Bins and am using an active crossover from the Nat P's to the Bass Bins.
