Have 0.5 cu ft cabinets, need design suggestions.

    Hey folks.

I have some cabinets that I put a whole lot of effort into - far more than the actual speaker design at the time warranted. The dimensions are 8" wide, 10.5" deep and 17" high. the internal volume is 0.5 ft^3 (14.5 litres).

Right now, I have an old Zaph MTM design consisting of cheap 5" MCM woofers and a Seas tweeter. I'm hoping that maybe someone can suggest a design that might work in this box. I know this is backwards, but the boxes are nice and have high WAF. Replacing baffles and building a new XO is about all I could make time for these days.

I've been looking for 6" 2-way designs but any suggestions are appreciated.

    Budget isn't really an issue.

Very nice. That's exactly what I'm looking for. Unless I get a better suggestion in the next couple of days, that's what I'll do.

Zaph's SR71's are close, but my cabinets aren't quite wide enough.

Would the H7 kit from Clearwave be an option?
