Dipole Surround Speaker Design Help Please

I am wanting to build 2, (dipole/bipole?) surround speakers for my HT room (side wall mounted). My question is should build a V design like Klipsch and others make or would it be better to have the speakers firing directly at the front and rear walls?

I am also building rear wall monopole speakers firing directly toward the front wall.

They're not dipole/bipole, but then that was intentional - I am convinced that direct radiation is the way to go for surround.

I will say that patience measuring and the patience to tweak and wrestle with how to best manage where the nulls show up is needed - looking over Rick's crossover for the "Statement" dipole surrounds I see the same issues arising that I ran into on the TM.
