Good info on crossovers:
Driver limitations in frequency response and excursion capability that lead to acoustic crossover requirements
Some good info and a good databases of parameters:
For me the best thing to do was to download some crossover design software and just play around with it for a bit. Look as some existing crossovers and plug in various sections of them to see what each stage does to the response. Then vary the values to see how the signal changes. Check out LSPcad and speakerworkshop. Sorry I don't have links handy for those.- Bottom

Are there any simulators available for these designs so that we can just play around with the designs and predict the output. rather than doing it right away?- Bottom
