Noob passive radiator sub builder questions

I built an approximately 2 cu ft sub with a passive radiator using an RSS315hf 4
    and a CSS 15" 1050 pr.

Should I make sure the box joints are well sealed like I would have to do with a sealed box?

Should the box be stuffed or damped, or is this personal preference?

Any suggestions and opinions are appreciated.

1- I wouldnt be obsessive about sealing the box if it is built properly.
2- you should not need and polyfill , etc.
It is generally better to use 2 opposing PR's so that each PR's moving mass cancels out the other. Hopefully you will not have a problem with that mass causing your box to move around on you.
