Are there any PE dealers here?

It has been over a year since I saw the post of someone that had a partsexpress dealer account, that was willing to make purchases on peoples behalf , thereby saving them some money, while at the same time pumping up the dealers volume as well.
Was it someone here? I need to make a purchase soon, so I thought I would ask if someone was willing to do this by sending them a money order. Thanks.
