statement users surround question

I am planning a statement build in the future, what have you guys been doing for for your 5.1-7.1 set ups. Are you using the monitors as rear surrounds?

I plan on using the Monitors for the surrounds with 3 sealed Statements https://www.htguide.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29968 up front.

I used the statements up front and mini statements for surround duty. Probably overkill, but its not too much of a price difference and I think they sound great.
