Hitachi KM12VC and jasper jig?

quick question, I have the Hitachi plunge/fixed base router kit, and was about to order the jasper jig for it which says the it fits the M12V, but then I read a review on amazon.com for the jasper jig that says only 2 of the mounting holes line up with the M12V and it causes the router to "wobble"

can anyone verify the jasper jig will/will not work properly or offer advice?

I've used the M12V/Jasper combo for about 15 years without any problems.



The person writing the review didn't have the jig mounted properly if things were wobbling

But you linked to the new, smaller KM12VC, so I don't know how it works with the Jasper Jig...

I have exactly the same router, and the round jasper jig. they work absolutely perfectly together.

great router, very happy with it.

Yeap I had that same Hitachi kit with the fixed and plunge bases I can definitely confirm it will work flawlessly.

Ditto. Have the Hitatchi linked to in the first post and it works fine with the Jasper. Used it last weekend.
