Morel DMS-37 or CAT378 users?

The CAT378, with it's relatively competative price (relative because the RS28A is now listing at nearly $50) and good performance stats could make it a formidable, high performance dome. Has anyone looked into using this, or the DMS-37?

I'm slowly but surely building some nice 3-way's using a Fountek Neopro5i, but will be unable to use that tweeter for my center channel and am thinking of using a smaller, plus cheaper, tweeter.

Any thoughts on either driver?
