Did you notice where it says frequency of the sound pressure created is double that of the input voltage (on the second little picture)? Does that mean you'd have to have an active filter before amplification which modified the desired signal to achieve the desired output frequency?

Or am I just really reading that wrong?

That's pretty cool. I wish I could get paid to experiment with that kind of stuff.
