Removing shileding from drivers?

    Removing shileding from drivers?

    Can you remove the magnet shielding from a woofer or does this effect the t/s parameters ?

        Why would you want to remove the shielding? It's not hurting anything. Maybe for a dipole removing it may open it up more, but...
