Sealed enclosure question

Hello all,
Do you line a sealed enclosure with foam and then stuff or just stuff with polyfill? I am building the Triune 07' sealed project to replace BR-1's as computer speakers. Will post pics when done.

Typically sealed enclosures are stuffed at a rate of 0.5-1.5lbs/cu ft
