    RSS315hf Downfiring, Any experience?

    Hi Guys,

Does anybody have any experience using the Dayton RSS315hf in a sealed downfiring box?

I am planning on building a dual rss sub with two sealed compartments 18in square each.

I would prefer to have it downfiring so i can disguise it as furniture (keep the wife sweet).

Just wondering if this is a good idea with this driver?

    Thanks......

    Justin

When these drivers were introduced, Darren Kuzma (then working at PE) said no they weren't recommended for downfiring.

    Here's the formula
