Polar pattern for different diameter drivers?

I was wondering whether there exist some data or even better software that would alow determining polar pattern for a driver of a given diameter as a function of frequency.

If so, could you please point me to it?

LspCAD models this assuming the driver radiating area acts as a perfect piston, and can display complete system plots, as well as plots for a specific driver size.
