One more question, Should I take into consideration the driver displacement and stuffing into the net volume of the enclosure?

They have a several 7" woofers- which one do you mean? Driver displacement, bracing volume, and port volume should all be accounted for in the net volume of the enclosure. Stuffing shouldn't be used in extreme amounts in ported enclosures, and it's kind of a fudge factor for sealed enclosures.

w18e and ex.How do you calculate for the port length, when you need to know the net volume? I mean the net volume is gross less the braces, driver displacement and port volume. In other words, do you use the volume before the port volume to calculate for the port length?
