    please DO continue this thread, because I find it one of the most interesting ones ever!

    Mark, thanks for those measurements. They came just in time, because I planned on ordering the XG18's this week.

        xt18w019 voice coil magazine

        Took a look at my old Voice Coil magazine archieve from the days I used to receive them, and there is an issue where xt18W019 is tested by V. Dickason with Klippel. In summary, BL curve is asymmetric and not so good looking, suspension stiffness curve is especially very asymmetric. Klippel based 10% distortion limits for BL is 4.1 mm and for suspension is 2mm. Le vs X curve is also not particulary good, but it has relatively low Le.
