Ideas on what to do here....

I want to put all my audio gear in this closet. I am looking for input on ideas of how it can be done. I have looked at racks that are made by Middle Atlantic Products and stuff like that.

A thing that worries me is the lengths of the front and center channel speakers and video component being about 25 to 35 feet in length.

If this is not viable, what suggestions would you have for this room!!

    Thanks in advance. :T

    This is the place!!

Wires would have to go through the ceiling and down the wall, through the baseboard!!

This is the room. The room layout will change. The speakers will now be on the wall where the two bulls are and the sectional will be facing the speakers. This picture shows the old layout.

25' isn't a problem with the right gauge of wire. Lots of people do this or a some variation. Some might say it isn't ideal, but it isn't a problem.

For your speakers, good quality 12ga should be sufficient. In-wall? For the video, just make sure you buy a reputable brand.

Room layout is more important than the extra length of cables IMO. You should be fine. I think it only matters if your speakers are a really unfriendly load, your cables are highly reactive and your amp is marginal. In this case, I'd make the IC's long and put the amp close to the speakers.
